About Staci
Born in Virginia and moved to Northeast Florida in 1998, Staci Cowles is a dedicated professional, wife, mother, and proud member of the Jacksonville and Saint Johns communities. She graduated from Allen D. Nease High School before attending the University of North Florida (UNF), where she earned two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees—one in Finance and Banking and another in Financial Services.
With a strong educational foundation and a career built in the financial services industry, Staci has developed a passion for helping people, building relationships, and bringing knowledge and professionalism to everything she does.
Family is an important part of Staci’s life. She has been married to Alen Cowles for 15 years, and together they have three daughters. Alen is the Broker/Owner of TPR Real Estate Group, giving the Cowles family a shared connection to both business and the local community.
Outside of her professional life, Staci enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the simple, sometimes unconventional joys of home life—including keeping a flock of chickens. She values family, community, and genuine relationships, and brings that same authenticity and dedication into her professional and personal endeavors.
